▣ 초 록

Nanomaterials are substances ranging in size from 1 to 100 nanometers that possess properties not found in conventional bulk materials due to their large surface area and quantum effects. Representative biological applications utilizing these characteristics include drug and gene delivery systems, biosensors for detecting specific proteins or biomarkers, bioimaging, cell culture supports, and biocompatible materials. In this study, carbon quantum dots were synthesized using hydrothermal synthesis to detect neurotransmitters such as dopamine and GABA based on changes in their fluorescence. Additionally, conductive composites were synthesized from metal-organic frameworks and MXenes, followed by the detection of dopamine using electrochemical methods. Multi-color imaging of cells was achieved by fabricating shape-specific carbon quantum dots, and a GelMA-CQD hydrogel was prepared that demonstrated a very high wound healing effect. CQDs specifically attack mitochondria by excess accumulation, altering the metabolism, inhibiting branching patern, imbalanced Bax/Bcl-2 homeostasis, and ultimately generating oxidative stress levels, leading to cell death in cancer cells in vitro.
