Structural optimization for Multiphyics system featuring the coupling of multiple physics is one of the mesmerizing and enigmatic topics in science and engineering. Considering the recent developments of analysis theory and hardware, several relevant studies have been proposed. However, some existing analysis theories inherently contains some difficulties in structural topology optimization allowing us to find out optimal topologies. Especially, these difficulties are perpetual in the perplex Multiphyics system such as acoustic-structure, fluid-structure, and conjugate heat transfer problem[1,2,3]. This presentation overviews these difficulties and show some innovative approaches alternating the existing analysis theories.
