3. 1) Applicants must not be disqualified from faculty appointment under the Private School Act or other relevant laws and regulations

4. 2) Applicants must not be subject to employment restrictions under the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth from Sexual Abuse

5. B. Qualifications for Non-Tenure-Track Faculty

6. 1) Individuals with at least four years of teaching and research experience following a college degree, or those possessing qualifications equivalent to or higher than this

7. 2) If additional qualifications are specified in the “Additional Qualification Requirements” section, those requirements must be met

8. 3) Eligibility Requirements by Employment Category

9. - Adjunct Professor: An individual appointed to teach courses requiring practical, experimental, or hands-on experience in industries or other settings—as opposed to purely academic theoretical subjects—who meets all qualifications (meets the criteria for Assistant Professor or higher; duties similar to those at the original institution; currently employed full-time at the original institution)

10. - Visiting Professor: Individuals who meet any one of the following criteria: former or current full-time faculty members at domestic or international universities; individuals with practical and academic experience in the relevant field; or individuals with at least two years of research or teaching experience following the completion of a master’s degree
