  2. A. General Requirements

  3. 1) Applicants must not be disqualified from faculty appointment under the Private Schools Act or other relevant laws and regulations

  4. 2) Applicants must not be subject to employment restrictions under the Act on the Protection of Children and Youth from Sexual Abuse

  5. B. Qualifications for Non-Tenure-Track Faculty

  6. 1) Individuals with at least four years of teaching and research experience following a college degree, or those possessing qualifications equivalent to or higher than this

  7. 2) If additional qualifications are specified in the “Additional Qualification Requirements” section, those requirements must be met

  8. 3) Eligibility Requirements by Employment Category

  9. - Visiting Professor: Former or current full-time faculty members at domestic or international universities; individuals with practical and academic experience in the relevant field; or individuals with at least 2 years of research and teaching experience following the completion of a master’s degree; applicants must meet one of these criteria

  2. ※ The application file name must include your affiliated institution and full name (e.g., Application_Mechanical Engineering_Kim Yeon-se). The file must be in Hangul format (do not change the file format).

  3. ※ All supporting documents must be submitted as PDF files

  4. ※ Evidence of research achievements must be submitted as a single PDF file

  5. 1) Application Form (Required) – 1 copy: Personal Information, Personal Statement, List of Research Achievements, Course Syllabus

  6. 2) Proof of Research Achievements (1 copy) – Compile the title pages of up to three research achievements (including presentations) from the past three years into a single PDF file

  7. 3) One copy each of graduation certificates (required) – One copy of bachelor’s degree certificate and one copy of highest degree certificate

  8. 4) Certificate of Employment (Required) – 1 copy – Required for adjunct professors

  9. 5) One copy of a work history certificate – required only for applicable candidates

  10. 6) Consent Form for Concurrent Appointment (required): 1 copy – Required for adjunct professors

  11. 7) One copy of the Business Registration Certificate – To be submitted if the adjunct professor is the representative of the institution

  12. 8) Alien Registration Card (1 copy) – To be submitted if the applicant is a foreign national

  13. 9) Consent Form for the Collection and Use of Personal Information (Required) – 1 copy – A legal requirement

  14. 10) Consent Form for Sex Offender Background Check (Required) – 1 copy – A legal requirement

  15. 11) Personal Information Protection and Security Pledge (Required) – 1 copy – Legal requirement

  16. 12) One copy of the Information Security and Personal Information Protection Training Certificate (Required) – A legal requirement

  2. a. The process proceeds from the first stage (document review) to the second stage (public lecture, interview, etc.) (The second stage is not mandatory)

  3. b. Candidates will be notified individually of their status at each stage of the review process

  2. A. Contract Period: September 1, 2026 – August 31, 2027; appointments are made on an annual basis

  2. A. The university reserves the right not to make an appointment if no suitable candidate is found in the relevant field, among other reasons

  3. b. All schedules related to the recruitment process are subject to change based on the university’s circumstances.

  4. c. The actual courses to be taught may change depending on course offerings

  5. D. Submitted documents will not be returned under any circumstances; appointment will be revoked if the candidate is found to be ineligible or if the information in the submitted documents is found to be false

  6. E. Only successful candidates may be asked to submit additional supporting documents.
