[Undergraduate] Request Form for Retaking a Discontinued Course (Mathematics for Mechanical Engineering)

Effective from the first semester of 2019, as part of the curriculum restructuring in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, “Mathematics for Mechanical Engineering 1 and 2” have been replaced by “Engineering Mathematics 3 and 4,” which are courses offered by the Department of Mathematics.
Therefore, students who previously took Mathematics for Mechanical Engineering and wish to retake the course
must first register for Engineering Mathematics 3 and 4 and then submit the Request for Retake Form (attached file) to the department office by the deadline for course changes
to have the course recognized as a retake. Please be sure to submit the form by the deadline to avoid any disadvantages regarding graduation.
