The 2022 "Excelsior" Doctoral Academic Forum and the 666th Doctoral Academic Forum of Tsinghua University is sponsored by The Graduate School of Tsinghua University and the Department of Precision Instruments of Tsinghua University, and organized by the Academic Center of the Department of Precision Instruments of Tsinghua University.  
Tsinghua university doctoral student academic BBS began in 2002, is an academic exchanges for the graduate students, to strengthen academic exchanges, promote the discipline overlapping, strengthen the graduate student's innovative ideology, widen the graduate student's scientific view, promoting the comprehensive scientific research ability of graduate students, is to strengthen the creative talent training is an important measure.  This fine instrument department expo is held online, welcome to audit!

2. 행사일: 2022년 6월 11일(토), 12일(일)

3. 행사시간: (하기 시간은 서울시간 기준)
-포스터 발표: 6월 11일(토) 19:30 - 21:00
-구두 발표: 6월 12일(일) 09:30 - 13:25

4. 행사진행 플랫폼: VooV Meeting (Tencent Conference)-VooV Meeting 소프트웨어 다운로드 링크: https://voovmeeting.com/download-center.html-cf) VooV Meeting은 Zoom과 유사한 온라인 회의 소프트웨어이며, 한국어를 지원합니다.

5. 행사참여 방법-VooV Meeting을 설치하신 후 첨부의 "1.International Sub-Forum (Oral Presentation)"과 "2.Poster presentation"에 기재되어 있는 Conference ID(number) 및 password를 입력하여 참여합니다.
-가급적 행사참여 전 VooV Meeting에서 프로필을 선택하시어 이름을 영문이름으로 설정해주시기 바랍니다.

6. 구두 발표 / 포스터 발표 시간표-첨부의 "1.International Sub-Forum (Oral Presentation)"과 "2.Poster presentation" 파일에 기재되어 있는 시간표를 참고해주시기 바랍니다.
-주최측인 칭화대는 베이징 시간 (GMT+8:00)을 사용합니다. 서울시간은(GMT:+9:00) 베이징 시간보다 1시간 더 빠르므로 이 점 양지해주시기 바랍니다.
-첨부 파일에 서울시간을 기재하였으니 참고부탁드립니다.
