▣ 초 록

Overcoming biological barriers remains a critical challenge in the clinical translation of RNA and protein-based therapeutics. Non-viral delivery systems, particularly structure-engineered nanoparticles (NPs), offer a scalable, biocompatible, and tunable platform forin vivo gene editing applications. This presentation will focus on the rational design and surface modification strategies of NPs to enable efficient loading, protection, and controlled release of gene editing agents such as CRISPR components. Enhanced physicochemical properties—including size, pore structure, and surface chemistry— enable targeted delivery to tumor tissues with minimal off-target effects. Evaluation study in rodent models demonstrates promising efficacy across multiple administration routes.The integration of materials science and biomedical engineering in this platform establishes a foundation for next-generation cancer gene therapeutics with improved safety, specificity, and translational potential.
